Your bloodpressure, weight and length are easily measurable. With these data we can get an impression of your risks in getting ill. With simple equipment we can chart your risk factors.
With a bloodpressure machine your bloodpressure can be taken in our practice. In general the pressureband is applied to the left upper arm. After pumping the band [ which can give a tingling sensation ] the bloodpressure is readable when the band empties.
Your weight can be taken with a precise set of scales in our practice. In general this is done without shoes and/or heavy clothing.
Your length is taken without wearing shoes. You have to stand straight with your shoulders and heels to the lat.
